Adobe Acrobat X Pro Intermediate	Learn how to distribute interactive forms and collect form data in Adobe Acrobat X Pro. Also learn how to create and work with digital signatures in Acrobat.
Advanced Blackboard Question and Answer	Now that you're comfortable creating a course within Blackboard, stop in to ask members of the ITL staff any more advanced questions you may have about Blackboard. A minimum of four participants registered two days prior is required to hold any workshop.

Delving into Digital Dirt: Social Networking for Individuals in Health Care	The popularity and prevalence of social media tools such as Facebook, MySpace, and Twitter has grown dramatically in recent years. During this session, we will discuss the social media do's & don'ts for health professionals - to help you to avoid posting content that may be detrimental to your professional career while developing a positive online presence using these tools. This session is designed for students and those who work with students. It will review the importance of a professional online presence and provide tips for creating an online professional presence. Sample guidelines from professional organizations will be reviewed.
Designing an Effective Poster in PowerPoint	Research Day is coming! Learn how to create an effective research poster using Microsoft PowerPoint. See examples from past Research Day sessions that illustrate both good and poor design.

Excel Level I (ONLINE CLASS)	Learn the basics of using Microsoft Excel from the comfort of your own home or office! Through instruction and live demonstrations, we'll explore the creation of a spreadsheet as well as some simple ways to manipulate your data. This will be an interactive learning experience, so come prepared to ask questions! Knowledge of Windows required.
Excel Level II	This session will cover the use of dynamic formatting elements in an Excel spreadsheet – this includes advanced formulas and the use of "IF" logic statements to create adaptive spreadsheets. Moderate experience with Excel or completion of the ‘Excel: Basic’ class is required

Introduction to Adobe Acrobat X Pro	This class will focus on converting different file types into PDF documents, creating PDF documents from web pages, adding multimedia to PDF documents (i.e. Flash), and the basics of creating and editing forms. Students will have the opportunity to create and convert PDF documents and generate forms during the class.
Introduction to Blackboard Content System (BbCS)	The BbCS adds to our current Blackboard Learning System (BbLS) with advanced course document management, reusable and collaborative content, and faculty and student digital portfolios.
