Access for University students and Consortium students enrolled in SMHS, SPHHS and SON classes
GW University students enrolled in SMHS, SPHHS, and SON courses requiring access to physical reserve materials will be admitted upon the request of their professors. Professors must provide the library with a list of these students each semester so that they can receive semester access.
Non-GWU students from the Local Area Consortium will be admitted upon the request of their professors. Professors must provide the library with a list of their names each semester so that semester access passes can be issued to them. Please submit student lists to the Circulation Coordinator, Catherine Harris at mlbcrh@gwumc.edu.
Consortium students may obtain GWorld Cards at the GWorld Office on the Ground Floor of the Marvin Center at 800 21st St, NW.
Access for University students working for SMHS, SPHHS and SON departments
University-affiliated students who work for SMHS, SPHHS and SON departments do not have automatic access to Himmelfarb Library. If your work requires access to onsite materials at Himmelfarb, talk to your departmental administrator. Departmental administrators are responsible for providing lists of such students to the Library so that those students may receive semester access passes. Please submit student worker lists to the Circulation Coordinator, Catherine Harris at mlbcrh@gwumc.edu
