Admissions :
The program offers two tracks: Biological
and Computer Science. Each student has the option of completing a thesis and/or
accepted manuscript in a peer reviewed journal. Applicants to both tracks
must satisfy the minimum requirements of the program. The focus of the
applicant's background will determine the appropriate track of study.
The deadline for Fall semester applications is August 1, but for international students requiring visas, completed applications are due by June 1. Under special circumstances, Spring semester admission may be allowed. The deadline for Spring semester admission is December 1, but for international students requiring visas, completed applications are due by October 1.

Financial Assistance :
Students in the MS program
are eligible to compete for several part time research assistantships
during the second year of residency. Such research assistantships also
provide for 9 credit hours of tuition remission per 12 - month period.
